1. Who we are
Frag-ment is operated as an independent software project (hereinafter "we", "us", or "Frag-ment"). For any privacy-related inquiry, you can reach us at [email protected] .
2. What data we collect
We collect only the data you voluntarily provide when submitting a beta access request:
- Email address . Required to send you a response regarding your beta access request.
- Motivation text . The description of your use case submitted with your request, used solely to evaluate it.
We do not collect any other personal data. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools of any kind. We do not collect IP addresses, device identifiers, or browsing behavior.
3. Why we collect it
Your data is collected for a single purpose: to process your beta access request and contact you when access becomes available. The legal basis for this processing is your explicit consent, given when you submit the request form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
We will not use your email address for any purpose other than communicating about your beta access request and, if granted, sending you information directly related to the Frag-ment beta program.
4. How we store it
Your data is stored with Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) , a French email service provider headquartered in Paris, France. Brevo is GDPR-compliant and processes data within the European Union.
We do not sell, share, rent, or transfer your personal data to any third party, except as required by applicable law.
5. How long we keep it
Your data is retained for the duration of the beta program and deleted within 30 days of the public V1 release of Frag-ment, unless you have explicitly opted in to continued communication.
If your request is rejected, your data is deleted within 30 days of that decision.
6. Your rights
Regardless of your location, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access . You may request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification . You may request correction of inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure . You may request deletion of your data at any time.
- Right to withdraw consent . You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

7. Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, tracking scripts, or any form of analytics. No third-party advertising or retargeting tools are present. No consent banner is required because no tracking takes place.
8. The Frag-ment application
The Frag-ment desktop application operates entirely offline. It does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. Your seed phrase and fragments never leave your device. No telemetry or usage data is collected by the application.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the project evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. We will not retroactively reduce your rights without explicit notice.
